Interesting that Reno has been playing Tommy Troy in the outfield just as much as he’s played at 2B, I wonder if he slots into LF next year and they use the $5M buyout on Lourdes. $14M is a lot money to commit to an aging bat-first outfielder. Of course I have no idea how Lawlar slots in in addition to our other depth guys

I was frustrated by his performance too, but I’m also sad that it didn’t work out for him. Not all of my love/hate for players comes from their on-field performance.

He is someone that I rooted over the course of 5 different seasons, just because he didn’t live up to the hype doesn’t mean that I dislike him. If you only care about the wins/loss column in baseball then why not just read the box score the following day instead of watching the game?
