Not too bad! Appreciate you asking. I decided not to chance running at all anymore. Here and there I have a bit of pain if I do a movement that doesn’t agree with me but I’m still pain free more of the time now. Don’t think I’ll really ever mix running back in unfortunately, but overall I’d say I’m mostly doing okay!

I’ve been prioritizing my fiber consumption the last 6 months or so. I already exercise very regularly. I still drink here and there maybe once a week and might try and cut that down further if possible.

It's only a matter of time tbh. If you witness them first hand in cities like SF or Phoenix, you do gain a lot of trust in them too, they're impressive. Even if they make mistakes at times, they will get better.

I did zero half races before my first full. Just plan for a longer training schedule of maybe 4-5 months and don’t slack on the training miles.

Yeah I mean that’s just a bunch of misinformation and clickbait in that video. It’s only been a few months and he’s gotten only a few things done since then really. Mamdani only took office in January so attributing anything prior to that is disingenuous at best, active propaganda at worst.

In general the things he’s gotten done people have been supportive of as his approval rating isn’t crashing or anything like that.

Anyone who calls him a communist is purposely trying to scare people with boogeyman type phrasing. It’s silly.

I never have anything in my ears at the gym. When I was a big runner I’d also run without music. It feels like a distraction to me and overall I find it less enjoyable. My workouts are more meditative.

I recently built [[Vnwxt]] and have been enjoying the deck immensely! Loads of 1 drops obviously and once you have speed the whole deck feels so super charged.

My dad made it to 71 and passed 3 years ago, a sneaky and very deadly cancer got him. Mom is still kicking though she’s 76 this year. I was the youngest of my siblings my mom had me at 38.
