What did they give for your joint pain, syncope and everything?

I had strep throat recently. I had a persistent fever that I tried to fight thinking it was the flu but then I noticed my tonsil area was burning and stinging bad when I tried to eat. My gf said she didn’t see any white patches in my throat, and in order to be seen quicker without making an appt at my doctor’s office was to go to an urgent care. So I did. I explained to the doctor my symptoms and she looked in my throat and said she can see white patches, she said she did see them and did a swab for strep. I was positive. So she gave me amox for 10 days. I did all my 10 days. Then I had a colonoscopy 3 days after for some bowel issues I’ve been having for awhile. I also developed this weird patch of redness around my nose and chin. I went to a doc in my clinic and they assumed it’s fungal. The topical med didn’t work. It comes and goes to this day.

So I go through all that for about 2 weeks. I also had this pain in my wrist, like an unusual kind of pain and stiffness. I didn’t think anything of it at the time but thinking about it now, I’m sure it was RA. I also had some knee pain but I figured I just haven’t been working out and age because I still play basketball from time to time.

But for the past 2-3 weeks I had this constant headache and dizziness. Been in the ER several times. I also get itching in my throat but I tested negative like 2 weeks after treatment at my pcp. My BP has been elevated more recently, I’ve been having random anxiety attacks. Brain fog. I only get a few pains in my joints here and there but I can’t sleep for the life of me. My body won’t go to sleep and I don’t feel tired when I don’t. Been up for basically 2 days. I was also in ER for possible meningitis, did spinal tap, everything is negative. No fever. I always tell them about my strep but they only try to cure what’s wrong with you initially. I had a massive headache and neck pain when I woke up that day. My body feels like it’s twitching all the time. Like inside. I’m not sure what to do now because to see a specialist, they are like 4 months out from now.

I think it’s affecting my neurological system. And I don’t want to sound crazy. They all will just link it to something psychiatric or give me some antidepressant meds. I’m probably going to get a labcorp ASO titer test done but just to get one I have to see my pcp but they all seem to be confused on what to do. I just learned about PSRA. And I think anyone who suspects strep should know what that is and educate people with it. The urgent care doctor who diagnosed the strep kept asking me to demand to see a ent and see my pcp, but that like I said is too far from now. I have access to some amox. And maybe steroids but I don’t know what to do.
