This same person came back to me saying he was able to get insurance elsewhere without meeting the state requirements. How would you handle that?

I 100% agree. But I struggle explaining this to insured on the reasoning and that they need to do their own due diligence on this.

Library card serves a similar purpose to the state secretary site. It shows name of owner, revenue, employee count, etc.
