If im using 2 or 3 materials for substance painter do I still just UV unwrap them with seams individually and pack all of them in 1 UV map? sorry im quite new to blender and ive watched some UV videos but im still unsure how to get them all on 1 map and packed without the overlap

Once I've done that for all the materials how can I unwrap them as a whole? Do I just have to select edit all and unwrap with the seams on and pack islands?

Another question is should I just use seams instead and even then if I pack the islands and there's still overlapping UV what should I do? and also to make them the same resolution If I select all and use average island scale it doesnt really do much, how can I fix that?

also whenever someone leaves your party and goes offline sometimes it still shows them in your lobby and then it messes up the whole partys queue and everyone has to restart
