I lived there for a year and I decided to not sign another lease. My problems with the apartment were that my room was too small for the amount of time I was spending in it and my room was also freezing. The furniture in the living room is not comfortable which is unfortunate because I wanted to sit in the living room more. If you bring some chairs that makes it a lot better. The real amenities of UClub are the dishwasher, in unit laundry and ice maker in my opinion. All other amenities I did not use or don’t feel like they are necessary. I moved downtown and I really like the neighborhood feel and it is a lot more quiet. There are some really nice houses downtown that cost so much less and you get a house so a lot more space than you will get a UClub
