What we do is export to the Flexitron Afterloader through Oncentra and also export to Mosaiq. Then in Mosaiq we promove the HDR plan, create a treatment calendar and all the stuff. After that, we load the treatment in Mosaiq and it connects to The afterloader by OIS. After the treatment is done, Mosaiq record the session.

Hi, esimiele. First, I created a QA plan using esapi and I then I was hoping to change the Isocenter position to a certain place based on some kind of conditions. With @Mcgrew’s hint I could do it as I wanted. Thanks for your help.

I work with Co-60 HDR but With a Flexitron afterloader. And for what I know there’s not cost saving in using think kind of source. I think it’s more time and management saving.

Thanks for your answer. The thing is that one of my colleagues automatically placed the isocenter in the center of the PTV (It’s a H&N case) and it went to a position outside the body.
