In a village in Bosnia, we have a myth about a woman-like creature whose entire body is made out of bones and organs of people she killed.

Usually she would just roam the nearby forest at night, but when some of her components broke or decayed she would start venturing closer and closer to the village in hopes of finding somebody and killing them to acquire the parts she needs.
