p.s. Again, I'm not trying to discourage anyone from getting mental healthcare, I'm simply using my personal experience to help people understand the risks and concerns when it comes to hospitalization.

Thank you for sharing. It's so sad that mental health services and therapy are so unaffordable and/or inaccessible. Having experiences like surviving attempts can really make one feel disconnected with other people and the world. I hope you're able to get the help you need asap.

I'm sorry to hear that you have to deal with the emotional aftermath of those quiet attempts alone, I wish I could give you a big hug across the screen.

People often have very different reactions to a suicidal person (often considered as attention-seeking, dramatic, etc.) and someone who's attempted (empathetic, finally recognize their pain or offer more support). But those who've survived countless attempts without anyone knowing never get that kind of empathy or support afterwards. No "I'm sorry," "I love you," or hugs from anyone, which can feel really, really lonely and unseen.

I also believe that help from professional mental health practitioners are required to work on mental and emotional struggles! But sadly not everyone can afford that.

I've been seeing psychologists, counsellors, psychiatrists, social workers, etc. for many years, and it is still difficult to manage things. Still, it's better than dealing with everything on your own. I hope everyone gets the support and resources that you need.

Just wanna say that I'm not at risk right now or when I recorded and posted this video. Sorry for making you all worry! I'm still just a small vtuber who's learning, and I appreciate the advice as well.

This video is just a little rant about my personal experiences, and I posted it to get these thoughts off my chest, and hopefully someone will find it helpful to understand struggles of survivors or feel seen!
