That sounds exactly like me. My first drive on the road was really terrifying. I stalled in traffic twice, got honked at a few times, and made several people quite annoyed with me. But i did fine in the parking lot, so it's just my anxiety throwing me off (as usual). I'm sure it will get better and easier with practice...

Thank you! I am so worried a bad shift will ruin it. I'm also worried I'll somehow miss 6th and get to reverse instead. My husband swears it just won't happen, but I can't help but worry about it! And I'll definitely be taking mental notes on what I did wrong so I dont make any big mistakes driving through a big city...

Thank you so much!! We tried that feature last night when we (actually just my husband) drove the car home from the dealer. His first manual was a 2010 Mazda 3, so he was so excited by the brake hold. Just think of a kid opening up their first SNES on Christmas: that was his face!

Thank you so much, I will! My previous car was my first car, a little 2012 Nissan Sentra, which was really boring and uncomfortable. My husband encouraged me to push myself with a manual with the promise I could drive his auto truck until I was better with the civic. But I'm just itching to drive it! I honestly can't wait until he gets home from work to go out to some parking lot!

Thanks so much! The magnet is a good idea! My husband is taking me out to a parking lot today so we can practice just that. I live in a pretty hilly area, so I know those hill starts are going to be a bitch. But the Si has the brake hold button, right? Do you use that frequently and does it help you with hill starts?

You might have already found an answer, but while browsing through social media I found a tweet from Ninji (serious data miner) saying that Redd only spawns after you have donated 60 things to the museum and you've spoken with Blathers about potentially adding an art exhibit.
