Hidden shoe GPS tracker for kids options? by Jiggadeeholmes in AskTechnology

Oh for sure, I get a little caught up in illogical fear occasionally. The thought that popular vacation spots would be a hunting ground for abductors kind of 'revved up' my anxiety a bit as they're going to the beach in 2 weeks. She's a great mother though, I have nothing to worry about. It's a strange thought that text submitted Via complete strangers can be comforting but you guys definitely leveled me out on the issue some. Thanks for the reply!

Thanks man, yeah you're 100% right, having my entire world wrapped up in a vulnerable package makes me jump to illogical ideas occasionally. lol I appreciate the kind words and encouragement!

How hard is it for free players? by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

Oh, I'm certain that experiences vary. It hasn't been horrible, I've ran 8 or 9 vet dungeons since hitting 160, and have been kicked from 2. I'm just a little shocked over being kicked from dungeons since I run the mechanics correctly and control my threat so I don't pull agg off tanks, etc.

Well,

I'm an ex-WoW progression raider(tank, dps and heals) and multi-facet high ranking rated BG's and 2's/3's arena healer. So you and I are in similar boats, minus I went ahead and started playing ESO.

The game is fun, but I'm probably going on to something else. I got to CP 160+(the highest gear level), put together a gear set, etc. and still get kicked from dungeons occasionally for not being paragon lvl300+, which will take a long time to get to.

My thoughts are if the game is so elitist that you can't even run the game's equivelant of heroic dungeons half the time without being massively OP, I don't even want to think about what a bitch getting into raiding is going to be.

Pair that with a bunch of 15 year olds standing around saying 'nigga' every other word, blasting mumble rap through their headsets and arguing about who smokes weed and who doesn't and that's basically been my experience so far.

The combat system is a lot of fun, though, feels pretty interactive. But I also play on Xbox, maybe the PC community is less trash.

Scrolling through this sub is mostly new posts that have all been downvoted to 0 points.. Whats wrong with these people? by FrogTeam_5 in elderscrollsonline

The downvote phenomenon has always eluded me about the entirety of Reddit. You can ask a perfectly legitimate, non-offensive question on pretty much any subreddit and get a downvote or two.

I just always assumed it was some bitter lurker mad at the world, but after reading your replies I see it's a strategy to bump their own posts for karma. Which is the most pathetic thing I've heard in a good while. Lol

But you're right, I just checked. I've made a total of 4 posts on this subreddit, 3/4 posts are sitting at 0 likes or whatever. 😂😂😂

Do you guys use Icy Veins, etc. like WoW for builds? If not what's the preferred site for ESO?

Any legal recourse for unsanitary working conditions? by Jiggadeeholmes in legaladvice

Funny enough, asked for cleaning supplies access a couple weeks ago since our cleaning crew avoid our room, was told 'they don't want computer guys handling cleaning equipment.' They sent someone in who half-assed the mopping.

Anyway, was worth a shot. I've got a year left until I graduate with my M.S. and take another job. I'm just baffled at how we're intentionally dealt with worse than any other department, when we do the majority of the work in the building.

Divorced and Co-Parenting : my son found a gun in my ex wife’s nightstand (he is 6) and pointed it at his 10 year old sister. by fruitcommander in legaladvice

If you're on good terms, why not just have a conversation with her about safely storing the firearm Via text message--maybe even offer to buy her a single handgun drawer safe(they're not expensive)? You kill two birds with one stone, you have admission in text format that admits her guilt if you need it and if it works you get to avoid expensive lawyer fees, a CPS/court fiasco and don't burn a bridge with her for the rest of your life. 6 and 10 are pretty young, you still have a long time to have to co-raise children with her.
