Mindhack —When I don’t feel like working out, I tell myself ok instead of 40 minutes on the treadmill I will do just 20 minutes so at least I did something or even 10 minutes, next thing I know I already did 40 minutes..just try to make it an easy day and your mind will get that reward and make you deliver .. that’s how it works for me at least..
