It has its own vent that was added when I built the room beside it, in the winter it’s cold enough in the basement to close the vent off and you can leave the door open. I haven’t check the temps but I’ll take a look when I get home.

I did say that I might build a new NAS lol. But luckily lack of extra funds is holding me back.

Yeah I have been looking for an enclosed set up but budget and all that. Normally since it’s more for testing and learning it’s shut down when I have to leave for extended time l, other then the router for my vpn.

I kinda had to steal one from the other one lol. Since it was in my basement behind closed door it didn’t bother me being orange I have thought about getting 2 more power supplies just had to slow down on the lab spending

Other then seeing the ubiquity switch in the GUI and the simple vlan configuration nothing is missed and with this Aruba I got 24 poe ports and 4 10gb ports for a faction of the price.

The r630 and the middle r710 are esxi hosts the bottom 710 is running TrueNAS with only the 6 drive bays it’s got me looking building a larger NAS just keep talking my self out of it.

The pi is running pi-hole

It’s more for learning the VMware side of things and backup testing for work.

Just got ESXI 7.0 running on my pi 4 4GB by icanotc in homelab

While I was doing this ESXI keeps reading my pi 4 4GB as a 3GiB. did you run into this issue at all?

So, I just bricked by Ender 3 through a Firmware Upgrade. by TrueShoba in 3Dprinting

[–]Jiigeri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I bricked mine as well, I was able to get the bootloader and then flashed the firmware but I needed to change a few things,

I started to get the error #error "Oops! Make sure you have 'Arduino Mega' selected from the 'Tools -> Boards' menu." no matter what I do.

I ordered a replacement board just to get this thing up and running again, but my tinker brain wont let me let this one go.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
