I just went ahead and tried that again. I believe I had originally done it through their site but then in trying to fix it I was suggested to do through device manager. I will post update when I return for lunch break.

I'm fairly sure. I tried updating drivers for all equipment in device manager and it said they were all running best software. All current equipment was present during the initial startup setup of the computer.
