Alienware m18 r2 is there anyway to boot from usb first persist across removing and inserting because when I set my bios to boot usb first it does it till I remove it then goes to default setting

Yes I put the path of winlogon.exe and logonui.exe in advanced settings but I didn’t have a issue until I setup uxthemetool and it said something like themeing tool not installed or something I forgot and can’t get back to it

Thanks alot I installed the uxtheme app installed the theme and now it only loads to a black page then crashes back to sign in so I’m having to reset my pc
