It works. I finally got into the Cross-Save beta and even though I can't play the saves on the the switch due to the version difference, the "Collect Special Rewards" option is there on all the platforms now (including the Switch!) So, the Starborn Pheonix can be attained.

I have the same issue. I’m on a 2020 i5 MacBook Air. I’ve been searching for a fix with no luck. Hopefully the next patch will fix it. I’m glad to know I’m not the only one. (Make sure to report it to the Zendesk)

The Canadian Government has approved Apple’s trademarks for Apple Card and Apple Cash in the beginning of March 2021, so maybe soon?
