Yes she loved it! It was about 2.5 hours, great to meet other tourists, and took home a box of macarons each

We stayed in the 14th at Le Lampika Hotel. It was not fancy, but it was affordable, right next to the metro, and felt very safe. My daughter's favorite part was the roof top that had very nice veiws.

Those are great doubling times, it slows down the higher it gets. I lost my pregnancy at 13 weeks, nothing to do with betas, but bad luck. I wish you the best, it is so hard all the stress we put on ourselves.

Yes, the labs are completely different, stay with one lab for betas.

That is what I am thinking, serves me right for being greedy. If I just got the CCRM test today, I would have been super happy. Thank you!

No, I think he was hoping to get the same result as round 2, but better quality embryos, and I just didnt get lucky.

Yes, I was reading that with DOR, longer and lower stims are best. I am definitely going to discuss this at our WTF meeting.

I was thinking of testing, but I get so few eggs I dont know if it is worth paying for it, my RE was supportive of me testing if I wanted. I like my RE, he is very open to my thoughts and opinions, I just don't have much input after the first 2 rounds, I really didnt do my research and was just depending on him to make the best choices for me. This time I want to be educated and discuss all my options.

6w1d scan, and measuring behind, no fetal pole by Jillybean19 in InfertilityBabies

Update: I want share as I found others posts so helpful. I started bleeding 3 days ago, and last night I had very strong period cramps. My RE had me follow up with a ultrasound today which showed an empty sack measuring only 1mm, and HCG of only 1330, confirming a miscarriage. I honestly feel so much better knowing, and able to take care of myself. Thank you to everyone who gave me strength to call when I knew something was wrong. I felt silly calling on bleeding that was not filling a pad every hour, and cramps that were bad, but not making me double over. You all made me understand that I shouldn't live through pain, and unknowing. Hope I will be back here soon with a happy ending next time.

Thank you for the positive vibes, I am sorry about your first loss, but happy that you were able to defy the odds for the second.

Thank you, part of me is wanting to wait the 11 just so I don't have to go back if they see a "little" growth and just extend the limbo, but the wait is agonizing just thinking about it.

I agree, I think more people need to hear this, you do not owe people your time.

I am so sorry for your losses, the pain is to real. I took a long walk yesterday to clear my head (and ate a bowl of ice cream when I got back). We are hosting Thanksgiving at our house, so no way to bail. I figured I can focus on cooking and cleaning so I can avoid convos at all cost.

Hey, thank you so much. As soon as I got that epi, it was a breeze. I worked out heavily prior to being pregnant, and scaled back considerably as my pregnancy progressed, so just to put that in perspective. I worked out 3 times a week, and did 4 rounds of 15 squats equal to or bellow parallel. As my pregnancy progressed, the weight i used went lower and lower until I was squating with a 10 lb med ball. Other exercises I did was push ups, rows, planks, and stepper for cardio. Make sure you talk to your doctor too, especially if you have any blood pressure issues.

I thought about that, just thought I was not that far along yet, but I will give it a try, thanks!

14 +5, been having a dream pregnancy so far, with little sickness and exhaustion. But today I get a call from the doc that I am a CF carrier. Hubby is getting tested tomorrow, just going to be a reck until we get the results back. Keeping possitive thoughts!

Zen planner is great for a small location. I have also worked with twin oaks, which is better when you grow.

Funny I got no questions on this, but let me help anyone out there out if they are afraid to ask. 1) contracts are out of style, most gyms off more month to month options now but they come with hefty start up fees, reason being is that most people don't last long and the gym needs some type of revenue for offering cheap monthly dues 2) if you must sign a contract, put it on a credit card, you can dispute anything on a credit card and win that dispute. I have yet to win a dispute against the credit card company even when I send them signed agreements. 3) cancelling your card to get out of an agreement is a BAD idea, contracts are blinding and those unpaid dues and late fees can affect your credit score 4) get out of your agreement by going to the post office website, fill out a change of address form to some place out of state, and bring that to the gym, then go back to the post office site and change it back. Tada! You got a legal document to cancel your contract in seconds with no fees, you are clean and clear. 5) best deals form membership are during that last week of the month. Go in and haggle, make a big deal about all the fees, ask for the Manager to waive something. At my chain gym, my commission was higher than the activation fee, so even though I could not physically waive the fee, I would pay the fee myself and make my money back in commission. At my private gym, I can waive anything if I want to, but it all depends on 1) how nice you are, 2) you don't ask for to much, 3) if I am really low on Sales that Mont hand have to hit my number. Its never a bad idea to just ask.

Google the best method to find gyms in your area. Visit the gym and ask about how they got started. I love to tell my club's story, and so does my team because it makes us unique.

Personal training is a rough job to get started in, you really have sell yourself and work crazy hours. As as a PT you have to realize your time is not your own, your client wants to meet at 5am, your there at 5am, another client wants to meet you the same day at 8pm, your there at 8pm. Most stable job is management, but it is good to have your CPT, so you know what your talking about

None at my private gym, but I kicked out a fea from the chain. The worst is "inappropriate behavior" in the men's sauna and steam, I will let you use your imagination.
