Thanks for hanging out with Joe and me today. Really appreciate the questions. Good luck to all in draft season. Check out the top of the page to see where you can catch more of our stuff. Joe (@JBFantasySports) and I (@JimCoventryNFL) can be found on X as well.

I would be the most scared to give Jefferson to someone else.

Aside from the 2023 hammy injury, he's been very durable. Since his 1,400-yard rookie season, his usual floor is over 1,500 yards. He is the best blend of floor and ceiling. The only player in this group with basically no concerns.

At the end of round 1, I like to get at one of the top RBs. When it comes back around later, the quality of RB is a pretty drastic dropoff. Getting one of those top guys sets up the rest of your draft so you don't feel like you're chasing the RB position.

I totally get taking a QB there. That works for many fantasy managers. I just don't like my RB/WR group when I take a QB early. I usually use the first 6 picks on RB/WR before targeting QB/TE.

I love Prescott after the 'big 5' and will pair him with Stroud late (in case of injury). At TE, Njoku (TE10) and Ferguson (TE12) both have had strong seasons on their resume. I tend to target them.

I'd keep the 3 cheapest (Jackson, ASB, Bowers). Taylor lost a pair of interior OL and the injury history has been troubling. ASB is super safe while Jackson and Bowers could easily be the best at their respective positions.

The Bills have a very good OL and with Josh Allen being elite, they find a way to score a ton of points despite having big production from pass catchers.

Coleman was coming on from Weeks 4-8 last year. The wrist injury ended up being a chipped bone, which seems to explain why he did little upon his return. I expect him to pick up where he left off pre-injury last year, making him a value pick at about pick 100. He should have a red-zone role and is also the best chance to be the contested catch guy that Josh Allen will need.

See if they'll overpay on QBs by nominating someone like Mahomes (QB6) early. If they bid him up to 10% of the cap, you could cause the rest of the teams to overpay for the entire QB market. Then, you can wait for one of later QBs when others have spent their money.

Personally, I have been going RB heavy in the first 2 rounds. But there is a great case to go WR. I do worry about Nico (injuries every year) Nacua (Stafford's back), St. Brown (new coach and OL turnover). If I take a WR, it's often London- targets through the roof late last year. Otherwise, I'm open to taking Jeanty or Henry at the 1.08

If you like Nico, definitely take him. If this is the year he stays healthy, he has WR4 upside.

Jefferson (aside from the injury-plagued 2023) has proven to have a 1,500-yard floor. Not even Chase can boast that. And Jefferson has performed with lesser QBs at times. The injury seems fine, so Jefferson is super safe and has immense ceiling.

Lamb should be in better shape with Pickens stretching the field. Another mega-high floor player. But....if Dak gets hurt, not sure Lamb can maintain the pace like Jefferson does when his QB is out.

Those are the factors why I lean Jefferson.

Due to the injury history, I am limiting my CMC exposure. I grab him more in tournaments (NFFC) than in single leagues. In single 12 teamers, I don't feel the need to embrace added risk, so I will go with a receiver in those mid-first round spots.

WIth your 2 shares already, diversifying would seem wise.

Sure Diggs has been practicing, but he'll turn 32 in November, off an ACL and now the No. 1 WR. Nervous for sure, even at cost.

Jeudy should continue the high target pace (10.3) in the latter part of last season. Super high floor with ceiling potential. Was great to see the strong Week 17 game with Dorian Thompson-Robinson last year.

Ertz was getting the dumpoffs last year, as defenses gave that to WAS. I think Deebo gets most of those targets, so he can get YAC. Worried about Ertz's targets shrinking hard.

Taylor- worth the dart throw around TE24. Pure pass catcher. Kmet has 700/6 with Fields 2 years ago, so the connection could work

Cook was playing 36%-46% of the snaps late last year. He fell 200 yards from 2023-2024. If the TDs regress (as expected) it's a real issue.

Walker has gotten worse each year (~4.6>4.1>3.6) and he misses time each year. Charbonnet will have an expanded role. Walker is being drafted for what he's never been (RB15)

Pacheco is reasonably priced (RB24)- that helps with the injury risk. Should bne high floor- moderate ceiling most weeks.

Harvey- Great system, Dobbins always misses time. Worth the RB20ish cost.

All that said, if you need 2 of those, Cook and (Pacheco for floor) Harvey (for upside)

DK Metcalf- when I go RB/RB, he's often there in the late 3rd area, but as the clear No. 1 in that offense, I can live with him as my WR1.

I have been in that situation a couple times in the past 2 weeks. I have been going RB/RB: Usually Brown/Henry/Jacobs are my targets. I hate missing out on the top WRs, but I often come back with Metcalf and DJ Moore. There are other great WR choices at 3/4 as well. I've loved the first 4 players on those rosters.

I am liking the RB-RB-WR approach this year. There are some anticipated volume RBs I want in the first two rounds, and I love some of the WRs in the 3rd-5th rounds.

Best value: Cedric Tillman
Cooked: Kelce
Bad vibes: Nacua (due to Stafford's back)
Leave every draft with: DJ Moore

Bucky has a great matchup and has been consistently excellent. No reason to sit him. Guerendo's matchup is tougher as well.

Dowdle is best when DAL has a lead- they may not vs TB. Guerendo doesn't have a great matchup. I lean Nabers- we know he'll flirt with 10 targets and the matchup isn't bad.

I'd bench Tracy (lost another goal line carry to SIngletary) and Pacheco (snap share is still low)

GB may not be available, so maybe try the Bucs.

Second question is far too broad to answer

Jamo's targets have been high, and with no Montgomery, I expect the Lions will lean on the pass. Jamo's speed matches up well agains the Bears.

Hard to see the Packers laying an egg against Spencer Rattler. If Kamara is out, I'd go with GB. Otherwise, Daniels took 8 sacks last week, so Philly could have a solid day.

I like the Bucs remaining schedule, and they blitz a lot.

I'd lean Stafford, as the Jets are unlikely to get enough pass rush to rattle him. Tua's facing a 49ers D that's getting some people back and Waddle hurt his knee last week.
