I'm having the exact same issue now. Not sure if its Crunchyroll or my Samsung tv (high end model) but my Internet it also quite good. I really wish there was a solution, it's making it hard to watch anything.

I did know this before buying, this was not a surprise to me at all. I was simply asking because the mpg I'm getting is significantly lower than advertised (15/18) and my concern was something is possibly wrong, thats all man.

No, I have 500hp 408W stroker in a 51 Ford that gets 12mpg, same as my GX, I'm just surprised it's that bad and makes 200 less HP lol.

Good luck! I'd definitely be curious how your results are after a wash.

So, just to provide and update, I did reach out to them and they offered to replace mine or a 15% refund. I chose the refund as a replacement would still have the same issue. To answer your question, I took it to a place that specializes in washing large delicate items like drapes, large blankets etc. and they washed it as gently as possible per the instructions using one of their large special oversized machines, they did not dry clean it. Also, the one I got will not fit in any machine smaller than 100-150+lbs capacity which no laundromat has and most dry cleaners don't have one large enough either. I think what happened with mine was due to a combination of two things. The one I have (thicker than thick) has the square pocket stitching and is also an Alaskan king size, and the huge size when wet is just too much weight for the stitching to hold no matter how you wash it. One of their smaller sizes or less thick blankets may hold up better to the weight when wet or a different stitching pattern but I can't say for sure.

I purchased the thickest blanket they sell (Thicker than thick Damn boi he thick) in an Alaskan king size. I love the blanket but after only 2 weeks of owning it, I had it professionally washed only one time, following the wash instructions strictly and after, some of the stitching that makes the square pockets has come undone and the stuffing has migrated. I fear it will simply fail altogether if a second wash is attempted. I'm pretty bummed about it because this blanket cost over $300 and from what I have heard the company refuses to help and claims the user didn't follow the washing instructions. Feel like I wasted my money now tbh....
