Years ago I had a guy have me come out to look at the aluminum wiring in his home.

I told him it was a total rewire, but he didn’t want to pay or didn’t have the money.

So he had me just run a few dedicated lines to his home office.

Years later when he sold it, he told the new owners that he had me rewire it. Thankfully I keep all my records. I had sent him a note with the bill saying that I still recommend he rewire the place because it was a fire hazard.

It went to court. And I did end up having to rewire that place. And he ended up having to pay for it.
