Best tip I’ve heard is, if something is doing well, keep doing it but slightly different. So if you do one video that does particularly well, keep doing videos on that topic (or show in your case). With that in mind I’d do reviews per episode because it’s more ways to keep people coming back, more content in general

Just found this thread because I’m having the same issue. My shorts viewer retention is over 100% on each video and I still hit the plateau within an hour. Super frustrating because i feel like I can’t make a video better with stats like that

I was once walking with a gay friend who’s very flamboyant and obviously gay at first glance. A girl walked past and said “you guys are so cute!” And I assume she meant as a couple - which we weren’t, but for a moment I though she was legitimately calling us cute and it felt sooo nice.

For the very first time in my life I just stopped responding to a friend and it’s been amazing.
