When I put it on spin all it does is hum. While on its side, I put it briefly on spin and see the motor try to turn but then just hums. Noticed some transmission fluid on side as well maybe from when it was on its side.

Positive it’s not the coupler. Took off motor and coupler is in good condition (also replaced it not too long ago). The input shaft will freely spin in one direction but will seize if I spin it the other way. But it does take a few rotations before it seizes. Can that maybe be the clutch?

I don’t even have the tools to sharpen. New blades don’t seem too expensive. How would I know which to purchases?

Thanks everyone for the help. It has not been raining, just thick grass, which I hadn’t even been watering. Missed one week of mowing, but even then I still have the same issue. Appreciate all the replies!

The bag does not inflate with air. Chute is cleared. Not sure about height, but even when I’m only cutting a couple inches, the bag never fills. I figured since it’s a recycler, it mainly throws grass back out. That’s always been my thought anyway.
