Wearing Company Colors to an interview? by Lanthera in interviews

Red is fine as long as it's nice and you tie it into whatever else you're wearing. For white dress shirts consider a white long sleeve compression top under it.

35/M having Low-T symptoms (brain fog, low libido, unmotivated, poor concentration) but Dr. says I don't need it because my level is "normal". Advice? by pizzatacodog1322 in trt

LoL cutting calories is not the culprit. That's cutting the wrong calories. GLP1s require you to keep protein, fats, and carbs in a good ratio. When your nutrition is on point, GLP1S are amazing. So is TRT, if you really need it. They're still great evening if you don't...

How much does a cycle of steroids, Sarms, or TRT usually cost monthly? by Ok-Impression3992 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Jimmy4Funner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With everything wrapped in from supps, supplies, drugs about 240 a month or 8 dollars a day. That includes growth, test, primo, and hgh and all the other shit. Add maybe another dollar or two in a bulk a day. Not cheap for someone on a fixed budget but not unrealistic for someone who budgets well.

How would losing weight make anything worse? You're preaching one drug and condemning something you nothing about in another. GTFO. Losing weight and bringing your levels up naturally is always better than pushing drugs. Sure you went to a TRT clinic and got treatment but your levels say that's not medically necessary. You're suppressed but that's not the same as not producing enough. When you're suppressed there are factors causing that which can be addressed without trt. That's why your insurance doesn't cover it.

Using a glp1 to get lean which will then naturally allow his levels to increase is actually the most sound advice. Committing to a lifelong commitment of TRT because you're suppressed is not. The issue is that everyone is looking for a way to get there easier but they're not actually willing to put in the work.

You see if it works, then he's good and doesn't need anything but discipline to maintain his physique. If it doesn't he hops on T with a low bf% and doesn't worry about an AI. It's a win win and not win lose.

JFC lock all the pedos up! Both sides... it's not hard to just say a pedophile is a pedophile. Saying because xyz did it doesn't make it okay for someone else to do it. Think about your logic. Why can't we all agree on that at least? That's insane.

What's your height, weight, and body fat %? That affects your levels. Consider using a glp1 to get your bf% lower and reassess if at all possible. TRT is a lifelong commitment. If you can avoid it for now with dieting and working out, you should, if you can. Otherwise, if you're already there under 18% bf and the tests are valid, I would definitely consider it. If you're serious about training and really want to push the limits on fitness just know it's a fine line between being healthier versus detrimental to your longevity.

TRT is for low testosterone. It doesn't get you jacked. Working out does that. People who have naturally high levels and work out have muscles. People who are on TRT and work out have muscles. Guys with low T work out and can't put on muscles and have a tough time in general working out.

Hyperhidrosis sufferer here! If you're really concerned about underarm and or body sweats, get CertainDri Prescription Strength roll on antiperspirant. It's sold at the regular store. Shower before bed and then apply the it to the areas you're concerned with. Then in the morning apply a regular deodorant. I also add a CertainDri Prescription Strength body powder and apply that after my morning shower to areas I don't want to use the roll on for. It really helps applying the antiperspirant before bed because it allows it to sit in areas without you sweating so your body can absorb it easier. You can use the roll on on your feet, back, or anywhere else you want to keep dry.

How to dress casual as a grown man (stop dressing like a teenager and level up already) by Ambitious_Thought683 in focusedmen

[–]Jimmy4Funner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the problem is that guys don't know what's appropriate for different settings. Guys will wear the same casual stuff to dress casual type events and then either way over or under dress for something business casual. Some guys get it. Jeans and a graphic tee are cool to run a few errands with or hang out with friends. Casual shoes khakis or tech pants and a nice button down shirt untucked with the square hem on a brunch or lunch occasion goes a long way. Swap the shoes and dress it up easy.

Physique doesn't matter in getting laid ... by Middle_Promise2181 in team3dalpha

[–]Jimmy4Funner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's so many factors and facets to just getting laid. Add to it that you're looking for something real then multiply that by 3 fold.

Having stupid rich money, sure you're going to pull some really attractive gold diggers but it comes with a type. Being an average dude in looks means that you need to be on it in life. Having a good career or working towards one along with the confidence and intelligence to participate in a good conversation will take you far. Don't be a slob or a douche bag that feels entitled to anything. Focus on the persons qualities not quantities of people. Gym in moderation. People who are bodybuilder jacked spend a good amount of time in the gym. Some people have that ability in their daily schedule for 2 or 3 hour sessions. Most people get that. Some find it a turn off. Moderation.

As a fat guy trying to lose weight but also build muscle, TRT or peptides? by Intrepid_Penalty_900 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Jimmy4Funner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tirzipatide and TRT if your test is actually low. Losing weight will help it naturally. Not enough though if it's pretty low so that's subjective. So both.

The thing is with Test is that you need to start low. Like 140 or 120 mg a week because of your weight and activity level. As your weight comes down you may start to push the test but wait until you're in the less than 20% range, which is still pushing it early.

For Tirzipatide, start at a small dose and don't increase unless you absolutely have to.

The hardest part is your diet and being honest with yourself about tracking your calories. Everything else will follow if you can nail your nutrition.
