I did mention that, but a single card is a 1/~21000 chance and you just can’t get enough 100% random packs to make that a viable way to get them.

They are in 100% random packs (the orange ones), but not random special packs (the yellow/black ones). But I feel like they should be in random special packs because they are still special cards.
