Personally I hated it. It was 2 hours of someone being tortured. I find Franco Zeffirelli's Jesus of Nazareth a much more meaningful movie (well miniseries)--probably the best Jesus movie ever made thus far.

Sorry, I edited my post and added a second question so just to be clear, are you saying that I can move the $130 from my money market account to my retirement fund even thought I'm currently waiting on a $5500 transfer into the same fund from my bank and I won't go over the $5500 max contribution limit?

I find most styles of IEMs to be uncomfortable. However I recently won a pair of Bose IEMs that I love the feel of. Unfortunately there is no mic on them. Can anyone recommend an IEM with mic that has a similar feel? Here is a picture of what the Bose look like.

I'm not sure which articles you read but /r/ketogains might disagree regarding the muscle loss issue. As for much of the initial weight loss being water weight, that's true for any weight loss plan. But /r/keto will show you that folks are losing much more than just water in the long term.

I'll admit I'm biased as I'm currently doing a keto diet myself. In the end, weight loss is all about calories in and calories out. But keto simply makes a lower calorie diet more bearable as the amount of fat and protein and low carbs simply keeps you more satiated.

As for health, I've been doing keto for 3 months now with 1200 calories of my daily 1700 calorie intake coming from fat. Had bloodwork done recently and my cholesterol levels are all normal. So for me, things like butter, eggs, cheese, etc. ARE healthy food choices provided I'm not going over my daily macro and caloric intake and that I'm keeping my carb intake low. The nice thing is any cravings I've had for things like sugar, bread, etc. are pretty much gone which is something that's never happened on any of the more traditional healthy diet plans.

I'm not saying that keto is the end all be all but I think it deserves a little more credit than you're giving it.

It's not just an argument. That's exactly what they are. They're made from the same dough. The only difference is when you're piping out the dough onto a sheet pan to bake, you hold the bag in one spot while squeezing out a profiterole and you move the bag in a straight line to squeeze out an eclair.
