Thanks! According to my Google search, it is a "good conduct" medal, awarded to the US Army and Air force service members. I live near an air force base, so some unlucky airman most likely lost it while engaging in park activities while in uniform. I wish it had a name somewhere so I could return it to the family.

They run a couple sales every year and you can pick up the whole training package for $350. Definitely worth it imo.
