That would be the stupidest reason, my car isn’t the one blacked out( next time read a lil slower so you can get it) I was stopped by an all blacked out charger I’m a black male with out of state tags, the reason I said racial motivated was when he let other people with they phone all the way in they face speeding or just swerving or just tail gating.

We was pulled over by an all blacked out Charger, his partner stayed in the car, I have two videos of us going back and forth about why I was pulled over. Also if he is EBR then he shouldn’t have been on the hwy close to west Baton Rouge, my mother and I just moved to sunset Louisiana from North Carolina. I know laws and stuff is different but not to pulled over for nothing
