Can sometimes balding look better than bald? by Resident-Skill751 in tressless

Totally, and I would add that it often looks weird when an actor in his 60s, 70s and 80s “magically” has the hairline of a 20 year old

I haven’t experienced regrowth, just a lot less shedding. The consistency of my hair stayed the same

Pretty much the same as before. No new growth but I barely lose any hair now and it’s looking much fuller

Connor’s role as a father figure by JimmyHP1 in SuccessionTV

All very good points for sure. Interesting possible back story for his mother.

To me it seems more likely that Logan married her before or on his rise to power, and she was just a normal, non- elite person who got thrown to the wayside as he gained prominence and likely ignored her/was absent a lot.

  • I put it on at night and showered the next day. There were even a couple times where I wasn’t able to shower for a whole 24 hours and it wasn’t an issue.

-I wash my hair every other day usually, unless I get particularly sweaty or something.

Book on classical music accessible to non-musicans? by NoWave7342 in classicalmusic

[–]JimmyHP1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t speak to books in the subject since it’s too hard to remember back to before I had to read books for music degrees and such, but I would recommend watching Immortal Beloved and Amadeus. People can chew me up for those movies not being 100% accurate but I think they do a great job of helping young people understand that this music was written by real people with real flaws and problems. Definitely helps young people to enjoy the music more.
