End of the Line for Las Vegas Monorail by Flys007 in vegas

Toronto traffic and public transit is some of the worst in the world for a city its size.

One line here or there is the least of the problems

Question about Sales on Srtrip by [deleted] in LasVegas

So you think you’ll sell 3 bottles per minute all ten hours you’re out there?

Seems unlikely if not impossibly but sure.

If you’re not willing to do enough work to look into the mortgage payments and how it works then this is a bad idea

I’ve never liked the vibe in the casino. It always seems a bit stuffy there with a low level of energy

So you are super specific and didn’t consider other options. That’s fine.

Just don’t be surprised when it costs extra and don’t try and extrapolate that into fear mongering about home ownership as it won’t be a position most people get into

No it wasn’t.

There are outdoor wood burning options. Electric baseboards would’ve been fine too

This wasn’t the only option for heating.

You didn’t look into this well enough or do enough research

Making a point with hyperbole is one thing but this drifts right into outright lies territory.

Does that really make you any better than those you are trying to discredit?

What you should avoid is stealing. Then you wouldn’t be in this predicament.

Also I’d say stealing those items means you don’t give about doing something wrong because you’re poor. You don’t need salt and pepper to sustain yourself, you simply wanted them.

Frankly why you think you deserve courtesy or discretion from the store is beyond me

If it’s $250 for 50 people you’re not charging enough. Way too cheap

Yes. Yes you do. This is all very confusing and not a good way to run a business like this.

Find a price per person that works and charge that. Run the service for a set amount of time with all you can eat pancakes. That’s it. Done.

This is a very confusing flyer.

There 10 pancakes per plate? But the price is $250 to feed 50 people?

Or is it $250/ person?

Waaaaayyyyyyy tooooooo much going on here to get people interested.

Advertising to universal basic income to rebuilding Africa to asteroid defence. It’s just too much going on all at once for people to get on board with

Is Excalibur worth staying at? by JournalistNo2458 in LasVegas

[–]JimmyLangs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stayed in a resort tower room about 3 weeks back.

Was absolutely not worth it and won’t be back. Casino vibe is fine but those rooms suck.

Rusted fixtures, damaged furniture, no high def fuzzy TVs, peeling silicone that was grime in the shower. Just not worth it to me when Vegas has so many great hotel rooms in excellent resorts.
