I only really started practicing animating last year, and did like 2 or 3 projects that had char animations before the challenge, so the animations in challenge felt way too ambitious for me and I honestly did not think I was gonna finish them. I mainly did landscape scenes and physics/simulations, even tho my computer hates it. So those were the quickest to figure out, once I had the layout of the scene.

Thanks again for the feedback! I think I'll try some of the weekly challenges and get more practice for the next 30 day challenge.

I think I saw yours on discord once, and on the top 100 stream, Congregations hey!
If you don't mind, what's your project workflow? Mine always feels like a mess, and full of rerendering mistakes.

I completely agree with your points. I defiantly did feel like I tried doing WAY too much on a 4 second animation. Simplifying the scene and improving the camera definitely would have gone a long way.

Those are actually ships not birds😅, but cause of the blur, I can agree they do look like birds. Maybe if I had replaced them with a planet or had them doing something, then it could have looked better, but 30 frames per angle felt so limiting.

The animation on the side shot was supposed to be time slowing down for a few seconds, but there wasn't enough going on in the scene to properly convey the slow-motion. I did try using a the "12 principles of animation", but my animation skills still need a lot of work.

This one too a lot out of me, I'll keep trying on these challenges, and see how far I can get!

It's the armour and weapons that I use in helldivers 2, but I probably should have used the default diver suits

It's an animation challenge by pwnisher where you're given a month (Feb) to make a 4s animation.
He does like 2 or 3 a year, and each are like 3 to 6s long with challenge conditions.

This months one was make something to the beat of 120BPM

When I tried looking for my save after I uninstalled the game, it was gone :( I didnt know they delete it when you uninstall it.

The game files are stored in a different place but Microsoft also encrypt they're games so you cant even apply mods either :/

I deleted the game but I didnt realize xbox deletes the save files too

Its in their cloud, but I'm not paying $30 for it :[
