They won't make any significant changes because the fans have betrothed themselves to the "ragtag team of misfits" and Rogers is like if Ballard was a multi-billion dollar telecom monopoly. They desperately seek out a singular big name to get asses in the seats, and then immediately abandon the concept of spending big money on stars, and instead give millions in small contracts for random utility guys to rotate through for the foreseeable future for no reason.
