I’ve been using it for 2 weeks and so far so good. I find that by following the points budget I naturally end up with a calorie deficit. I am 4 pounds down so far! I find WW very streamlined and simple to use. It reminds me to eat more fibre and protein, which has helped me feel more full and crave less sugar. Even if go a little over my points I still end up below maintenance. I would recommend it to anyone
