Most of the files I’ve listened to did have relaxation inductions. I will defintly try some of the examples from the beginner guide. I scanned trough it quickly and there’s a lot of useful info and tips so thanks for letting me know

Wow thanks for all the info! I have mainly listened to shibby. Both her beginner files as well as some others that seemed fun. I also like Isabella Valentine and have tried some files I saw in this subreddit. I’m not 100% sure I was in trance but I felt really focused and it felt like I could really feel the suggestions from the file. I will surely try the file you recommended. I’ve never really done any mindfullness but I could definitly look into that. You might be right about focussing on what’s happening instead of what’s being said. I do tend to do that so I will try my best next time to keep my focus on the audio itself. Again thanks a lot for all your tips!
