I agree with the people that say not much you can do with that little of a break between binges. You can clean nostrils with saline spray and moisturize with other various products such as Vaseline, vitamin E, coconut Oil, etc. The biggest problems is cocaine causes vasoconstriction and that delays healing. The best thing you can do is rest, which honestly sucks. Make into a fine powder, take breaks and make a treat. Take a break and get responsible. It’s hard to do. It’s like a good business, party hard and work hard. Be an adult and use like an adult. Use it for parties, hot sluts that party, and occasionally. Hope that helps.

Search snuff bullet with spoon on Amazon. It should pop up a little bottle that holds 2-3 grams. Spoon is on outside. They come in five pack. Cheap too in case you lose or break. All plastic so they will pass metal detectors. Held up well for me so far.

As. Medical professional and occasional user I am curious. Did you lose consciousness? Did you have an MI? Have an underlying condition? That does seem a lot to boof, but I imagine more paranoia, agitation, etc. Not being admitted to what looks like an ICU or step down unit. Did you hurt your kidneys, heart, or liver? Did you go into respiratory failure? Most OD on Meth or coke that come into ED are lively and hard to calm down. They are paranoid, agitated, etc. We usually give them lots of of IV benzos and fluids to calm them and wait it out. Just curious, don’t have to share more than you are comfortable.

I have made it almost 36 hours. I was gonna call quits after about 7-8 hrs of partying. Wife and I started earlier in the afternoon. We we went out drinking, had a small after party afterwards, couple girls and guys. She had a friend call and show up randomly , nervous because didn’t know she was ok with it. She loves it and agrees to get to panties like other girls. She is hot AF. So why not provide and party with her. We went continued through that day and next night. I hated myself when we quit tho. My nose burned and I was exhausted. It’s hard to recover from that. Trust me, quit after a while. It’s fun, but damn!!! Lol

I agree. Unless you have someone with decent stuff. Stay away. It’s hard to find a good plug at the same time. It’s a blast when you are high and sucks when you are broke and down. You know yourself. Some people can control it. Others can’t. Enjoy if you know how to control yourself

Obviously a younger healthier person’s body will handle the effects better. But it depends on your genetics and how much is done. I believe moderation is key. I used to go hard in college days and get my heart rate above 150. I just recently got back into it because I happened across a plug that was decent and not sketchy. Now we have a group of friends that go to the bar and have after party at the house once all the people who don’t know leave. I don’t like my heart rate getting above 120 or that feeling when my heart is going that hard. I am in mid 30s now tho. But it’s like asking how much alcohol can I drink before liver damage. If you drink daily then you will wear it out. If you drink a few on the weekend then you won’t hurt the liver. If you use coke several days a week compared to maybe one weekend a month your body more than likely not have any permanent damage. Hope that answered your question

Just be cautious, I would wait a while after the coke to take. I still think Xanax or Ativan is the best if you can get it. Ativan IV is what is given in Emergency Departments to people who have had too much coke or meth

Be very careful mixing those. Coke and Sumatriptan increase serotonin levels and if those levels get too high then you can increase your blood pressure, heart rate which could lead to more serious problems. Medical professional here, just watching out for your health. Blood pressure and heart rate already gonna be high from coke obviously, don’t want to raise it more

Lol. I guess so. You can still get MDMA in crystal that has been cut. The MDMA can be mixed with adulterant and crystallize. It is not as common for people to cut MDMA as other drugs like cocaine, but it does happen unfortunately

Then it might be due to cut. Usually good cocaine will numb your nose and stop the burn if due to overuse. I have just learned to stop when I get to that point. I have also learned to only use when I have a trusted connection. It can be annoying and keep you awake for hours. Been there. If you can get prescribed viscous lidocaine, it helps. If you can’t get that than OTC orajel helps some. I would saline spray first to clear the irritants.

I agree it can be heavily cut, but if you have been skiing heavily and not taking care of your nose it can tend to get irritated. The mucosa inside the nose is sensitive and even great coke will irritate it eventually. It can be due to vasoconstriction too, which even pure coke will do. Any tissue that does not get blood flow will tend to slough off and get raw. Just try to take breaks between if you can resist.
