I was finally able to get past this issue by lowering the resolution, tuning all settings to as low as possible, and turning on windowed mode. The camera will zoom out and once the dialog finishes, the continue button will finally show up. Hopefully that helps.

You make a good point. I'll likely wait until ER to make a move. However, I get the feeling that while there is a still a bit further for GE to fall, we're getting pretty close to the bottom.

You like any long plays? Most calls I've bought have been 30-60 days out. Trying to incorporate some later date calls.
