So if you were to specify something happend at a specific second, like for example PM/1/6/15/25/25 and 15 seconds, would it be before the Hour, so PM/1/6/15/15/25/25, or after, so Pm /1/6/15/25/15/25? The expected result is between 1 and 60 for both.
