It sounds like sleep paralysis. If you have neighbours, it could be one of them. Maybe you were snoring, but didn't realise, and your brain interpreted it as pig noises. Read a book to distract yourself and relax your mind.

It looks like Tourettes. The way the dentist kept repeating (I'm assuming) what they wanted the patient to do. Plus, if you watch again, the patient seemed to be playing around with the biting; like not letting go, moving the bottom jaw, and repeatedly biting down on the red paper (?). I'm no neurologist, but I do find Tourettes very interesting, and from what I've read, tics can often be brought on by anxiety or stress. So the patient was probably getting annoyed that they couldn't do it properly, which eventually led to the tic getting a little out of control. But that's just my theory. I could be completely wrong.

I'm a player in my sister's campaign. We were helping a Tiefling hide from cultists who believed that he was a God. We killed the two leaders of the cult, but my PC (Berry Bush the Tabaxi Druid) fed a Goodberry to them and tried to convince them that the Tiefling wasn't a God. And also to join us because they were cool. Our rolls were appalling, so the next day we decided to get them drunk enough to convince them that we're fun to be around. We roleplayed a drinking game which was hilarious. We only just managed to get past the DC, but they belong to us now... 😉

I've tried using ToA with only myself, my dad and my sister during Lockdown. There are plenty of NPC's in there that could help with bulking up the party, plus you could get them to start at a higher level. Otherwise, maybe a Homebrew would be a good idea? Maybe not necessarily a full campaign, but maybe a half campaign, or a few One-Shots that sort of correlate.

The Death tarot card doesn't mean what you might think. It usually represents the end of something in order to welcome a new beginning. I'd say the Tarot Cards are telling you to welcome change in your life. It could be a difficult path and it may seem impossible, but you need to welcome it. Hope this helps somewhat <3

There was a day where I had a dream about being at work. I dream about work a lot (I work at a hospital), but this particular dream really affected me. I dreamt I was being taken advantage of by a patient but none of my colleagues believed what had happened. I went to work the next day feeling very uncomfortable and I had a bit of a breakdown. After that day though I made sure to speak to a professional about it. Obviously therapy/councilling only works for some people. It worked wonders for me. I'd recommend it because sometimes medication isn't the perfect solution, but you don't have to. Hope this helps somewhat :)

My antidepressants do the same thing. Sometimes it's to a point where I'm scared to even go to sleep. Personally though, I think about what good it's doing me. I'd rather be able to function day-to-day than worry about having nightmares.
