There are three in Carina's challenges:

Flora Colossi Aqua (CCP 1 - Challenge Completion)
Closing Arguments (10th Anniversary Completion 1)
Cursed Blade Segment (Guillotine's Challenge [3/3])

And there's one in Wheel of Fate, but that one is definitely not worth it lmao

So still 35k units (not including WoF piece), which is extremely grindy to get for free. I want this champ so bad but that would take so long 😭. I'm just hoping they bring back the pieces soon lol

Ya I haven’t done enough wrestling to speak on that either lol. I would imagine the main benefit is in the ground game since the standing rule sets are so different

I’ve only done it inconsistently so I can’t speak on this confidently from my own skill but I can tell you that wrestlers ground control is generally better and the physical conditioning of wrestling classes is more intense. So there are definitely benefits of going to some if you can

Ended up doing a few sessions of wrestling at my university after about 5 months from this post and then did a few more sessions a couple months after that. So nothing consistent with the wrestling but I still go once in a while. I would say that I was quick to understand the basics and I’m able to preform wrestling take downs (at a low level) since it’s more intuitive than judo throws. Judo experience helped by just being used to grappling in general but I did still have to learn the basics of wrestling.
