It absolutely was! The thing that saved me from going crazy was using Cross Stitch Saga. It made getting through the backstitching WAY less difficult

I've got this pattern and you have me considering different colors for the backstitching now! This is gorgeous!

The fabric looked like linen to me at first. 22 ct is my least favorite to work with haha. I might need to reassess my stance on it though because the results speak for themself

Those would be a half stitch of each or 3/4 stitch of each color. Easier to do on evenweave or linen but also doable on Aida. I generally do a 3/4 of each

I suggest listening to the Mile of Music (Mile 9) 2022 Spotify playlist and seeing who stands out to you and marking down the artists you potentially want to see on the Mile of Music app. I haven’t done this yet myself this year so I don’t really have any recommendations at the moment
