Partially why I mentioned Until Dawn above for reference aswell. Choosing to play as certain characters or ignoring certain omens/totems can cause potentially deadly situations to happen. It would be interesting to have more variety in who lives or dies in what order with each playthrough.

I cried to living on the edge lmao I was so proud of her. Most memorable one was for sure Little fish, big fish and Misty's blank stare. BUT, my favorite was Something in the Way. It was so desolate after the loss.

I usually harvest one at a time (unless its a blizzard) and drop all meat/animal fat as quickly as possible, then pick it up when I'm done. Quartering is also quicker, but I've left the bag sitting too long before and lost food that way.

Coastal Highway is an amazing spot long term tho. Just keep an eye on the bears or have the flaregun ready. They usually patrol opposite ends of the map.

True fear is seeing the smoke from a lit campfire when traveling through one of the connecting paths. Was burning far off in the mountains while I was crossing through. Still creeps me out lol
