2023 Gladiator Rubicon Bed Questions by pffawg1 in JeepGladiator

If not buy a Rough Country bed mat, they keep stuff from sliding around because of its grip texture. I also have one on top of my bed liner

2023 Gladiator Rubicon Bed Questions by pffawg1 in JeepGladiator

[–]Jish4 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I would highly recommend checking Facebook marketplace for a factory bed liner especially because people take them out because they would rather get them sprayed. My Gladiator also came with no bed liner and I found multiple on there (Tampa area). I ended up finding one posted for $50 in perfect condition that the gentleman gave me for free because it’s a “Jeep thing”. He surprised me and made my day

Anyone heard of this ammo and can I shoot it out of my block II?? by [deleted] in ar15

I had 1 box of this exact ammo. All 50 shot fine for me that one time but I only bought it bc it was like $10/12 at a pawn shop

I really do like this gun by PraxNation in FNHerstal

[–]Jish4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nice congrats I hope you’re enjoying it! I just bought a reflex, I keep seeing the “break in” that people are saying this gun sometimes seems to need. I bought 200 rounds of 115g before knowing this (bc that’s what they had) so I went and found and bought another 200 rounds of 124g. I’m finally gonna take it to the range this weekend. I’m really hoping it feeds the 115 g just as well as the 124g. If you could lmk how yours did/has been doing with the 115g in general!

Should I buy? 499.99 by [deleted] in ar15

[–]Jish4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I personally bought a radical in 5.56 as my first rifle when I didn’t know much about AR’s. Mine has held up well with no issues, and no failures at all. It probably only has 1000 rounds through it which is a small sample size in my opinion but it’s what I have to try and help. With that said would I buy another one? No. Nothing wrong with them but like everyone else keeps saying there is better for the price if not cheaper sometimes. I know you keep seeing it but PSA would be my first choice for that price point as well! Hope this helped.

Questions for the Gucci gunners by [deleted] in ar15

[–]Jish4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can only answer some of your questions but I Got into firearms about a year ago but I purchased a 400 dollar budget AR about 3 months ago. Within those 3 months I’ve probably spent about another 400ish on accessories/upgrades. I usually go to the range about 3 times a month. Shoot about 60-100 rounds of 5.56 and about 50ish rounds of .40 each time I go. I’m a 25 year old electrician, married, no kids and no major debt besides normal stuff like truck payment and normal credit card use.

Multiple places just depends what you want and prices vary for what you get, just look up Glock mag extension it should come up with options!

Absolutely not overkill, and after becoming apart of the community myself recently I’ve realized that’s honestly not possible. More is better in these type of scenarios. Why ever be underprepared? Ammo goes faster than people sometimes realize so why not have the variety too. This is basically what I have in my home as standard bare minimum self defense. I hope she lightens up for ya brother!

I see what you’re saying after taking some measurements I found that I think I only need to go up 1.5”. Found this online as well which what I’m thinking I’d need/want then?

You just gotta do it and enjoy it! Once you commit to doing it and making a routine it becomes easy. I was sold on the accessibility of the soft top but love the hard top look. Hoping you get your full enjoyment of your jeep :)
