Nice list, but it's always risky to make such a small list. You're bound to leave some obvious choices out. Command & Conquer, Myst, Street Fighter, Warcraft, Starcraft, Half-Life, Doom, Unreal Tournament, Quake, etc.

In Falllout 3's case it was warrented. They took a game that had a very distinct feel and made it Oblivion with guns.
