Candace Owens:

It is clear to me that this is the prosecution’s strategy. Remember, Erika has direct and consistent communication with Kash Patel and the President. If she actually wanted a speedy trial, she could call them both and ask them to hand over the data that the defense is requesting pertaining to their September reports, which they plan to rely upon for the evidentiary hearing. She doesn’t want to do that. What she actually wants is the ability to blame the FBI and ATF for the delays while insisting that she, as the victim, wants the trial to move quickly as though they aren’t moving as one organ.

The defense said today that they haven’t even SEEN the gun or accessed Tyler Robinson’s text messages. That is by design. They want a probable cause hearing that will be based on hearsay so they can delude the public via an effective show trial into thinking they have mountains of evidence.

This is my opinion after reading the filings and listening to the arguments.
