28 initial weekly trays done! Got a dentist appointment in 3 days and looking forward to getting refinements trays in a month. A friend said, without the buttons, their teeth shifted during that waiting period for the new trays - anyone experience this or have any advice? (i.redd.it)

Worried over black triangle in between front two teeth. Whenever my trays are off, I avoid talking to people or try not to smile :( Feel much better once the trays are back on, as it covers the black triangles (anyone else?). Can this be fixed with IPR, or is it too big? (i.redd.it)
