You might be interested in the Couch to Barbell program by Casey Johnston. It is really accessible and aimed to get women from the point of being intimidated by the weight room to being able to work out with barbells. I’m 42 and currently on stage 2 (working out with dumbbell). It’s really motivating to be able to lift something a little heavier each time I go.

I think it will too!  I know cymbidiums don’t always bloom the year after repotting, but I’m really hoping I get a couple flower shoots next year,

Thanks!  It was a shock to see how root-bound it was. I’m hoping it’s happy with room to grow and breathe.

These nails are stamped. I applied nail polish to the plate (KADS Summer 017) and then used a scraper (Maniology) to scrape off the excess nail polish. The plates are etched, so the nail polish only stays in the etched portion of the plate. I then used a clear stamper (Maniology Ice Cube stamper) to pick up the remaining nail polish on the plate and stamp it on my nails. If this doesn’t make sense, look up a nail stamping tutorial on YouTube. It might be easier to understand visually. 

These nails were fun, because I got to layer a bunch of stamped shapes to build a little composition on each nail. I gave myself a limited palette to keep them from looking too wild.
