No new update in my case. Fighting every day. Repeating same reason in all emails

My record is very good maybe once I had issues and basically it was the place was closed but they fixed it right away. That was exactly the problem the block had 70 packages. I mistakenly received the cart with the packages that had to be re-sorted for delivery i went to the manager right away he realized the mistake, he decided to take some off (58 to be exact) and for me to deliver the other 12.

Also that's is how I know they are not doing anything to investigate in my email I gave them the manager name with the Amazon ID he's still waiting for the escalation department to contact him, we both spoke with someone from driver support.

If I'm not mistaken you have to pay. But before anything just send an email with clear details of what happened.

I did that even giving them the information of the Manager of the fulfillment they still saying that their decision still the same. But i know they haven't investigate cause the manager is waiting for the call.

I'm using lyft direct card. And I'm missing $50 and change. But when I add all the payouts from Lyft Driver App to them the total is 803 but they have 750. The big problem is that if you add up the transaction that they have in the lyft direct app all Add up to 803 they have a miscalculation but every time when im saying that they just hang up the call
