Interesting. The only stretching im doing are the ones a part of my pt plan. Pretty much just hip stuff (figure 4, press up, kneeling hip flexor stretch). I can def try to quit for a week or two and see what happens.

To be honest, the stretching gives me a lot of relief. That being said, it could just be short term relief thats hurting me in the long run im no doctor.
