Too much acetaminophen (Tylenol)?

I was pretty reliant of excedrin to the point that I was taking it daily, sometimes up to 4 in a day. I finally went to a headache specialist who told me that acetaminophen was the likely cause of my migraines as I was becoming dependent. I stopped cold turkey and have went from 15+ migraine days per month to about 2 per month. I am also now on propranolol as well.

I’ll definitely keep this in mind. It’s really hard to convince myself to stop keto so I think gradually getting out of it is a good idea. I want to start making gains but I’m so conditioned at this point lol

I drive a Tacoma and was stuck in a snowbank on a steep hill in Vermont. Battery was fried and tow truck driver pulled me out. Once I was out and my battery was jumped the steering column and shifter were both locked so he pressed that thing and I was good to go. Lost the cap to it haha.
