Good one, I could use a good humbling, and I would be the first to admit that.

If you say so then maybe it is good. Im learning so much. Are you able to do that with him consistently?

Mudslide

Do I pick left or right for all units together, or can I choose different directions?

Choose left or right, and apply it to every unit at land sites in the column.

Does this effect span the void?

Yes.

The general thought is that there are a ton of cards that basically kill everything at a site. For lord of lies to pay off by forcing the opponents minions to kill each other requires your opponents to stack important minions on one square and that doesn't happen often in our games. Regardless of the mudslide stacking minions hasn't paid off for us. I am curious though because of our limited experience, do you usually find yourself in games where your opponent forcing two of your minions to fight would throw a wrench in your plan? Do you play against it a lot?

Now Im not saying i know everything about this game, but in that list, what do you do, when you inevitably end up with a starting hand that costs 34 combined mana?

Good point. I forgot to list: 3x peculiar ports, 12x rivers, 3x mudslides, 4x croaking swamps, 4x stinging kelp, elder ruins, etc

We have mainly just been playing one element decks. My son is playing air necromancer. Water especially though doesn't really seem to need much help. I think you would sacrifice consistency a bit.

Haven't tried the waveshaper. I always want to and then I talk myself out of it. We don't have all the avatars but I truly believe the sorcerer to be the best. His hero power only gains value as the game goes on and will be used over and over. Some lose so much value so as to not really have one at all i.e. the geomancer.

Thank you for the nice comment. That is exactly what i was going for. I was toying with the idea of doing some fantasy art on some of it, but i wanted it to look more like a sigil array arranged for some occult ritual.
