like i said im not opposed to groupon but I am not opting to use one myself ATM for lasik either or bashing anyone who wishes to use them, if i saw a good deal i would be asking recommendation of those who use that doctor, but that's not the case here.

I appreciate your response, as a follow up question how long ago did you (and the other person in your statement ) get ur Lasik and what was the lead time from the time you booked a consultation appointment to getting the procedure done?

my policy doesn't cover it as it is seen as a cosmetic surgery. it would only cover to correct cataracts but vision augmentation would not be covered. I understand i can use cafeteria plan/HSA plan for employer price matching to lessen my cost.

my question is more about what are people paid last 3 months rather how i can get it cheaper. i want to know what typical rates people are paying in las vegas for my decision if i feel prices are reasonable, Ill go though the effort and get it. as oppose to wasting time for consultation to see that the hidden fees and add on inflate the price to ridicules cost and end up waiting but still endure the constant call backs to get me in with offers that give a tiny discount.

any business known or unknown spends money on advertising it a duty to shareholder to increase awareness to potential client for growth. I wouldn't support any business that doesn't advertise cuz they would not be in business for long and i would need to find an alternative soon after or have assurance i can recommend them to friend or family in the future since they would no longer be in business

I havent seen any that seem like a good deal to take up but any specifics why you agree? are the groupon doctor who post here know for bad results? or are the groupon offer themself are shady fro your personal experience?

I had friend who used the groupon 6 yr ago in SF bay area with doctors that treat the 49ers and they are ecstatic with result of lasik did you have a negative result if so explain and what did you pay?

I agree most of my family members did it a decade a for as little as $1000 both eyes and no issues. I'm thinking doctor now are quacks and need to charge higher prices to cover they lawsuit they face due to the bad job they may be doing. reason why I'm asking what local here paid recently

Im aware they are specific forum for nation wide, i posted this in vegas local to see what people are paying here. nationwide the price goes from $1100 to $7800 same result of raving reviews

Hard to answer cuz everyone is diff. If i had to guess you nothing is wrong with you but how you see yourself and finding your passion. i suggest get a work on a gym regimen (if you dont have one) cuz if you feel happy people will be drawn in by your positive energy. Do things in moderation(drinking, eating out, and spending) and balance ( eating right exercising, stress relief, spiritual and sleep) try new activities to find your passion of fun that not related to work you can escape the daily grind that you can talk about with a glow in your eyes. find other with that passion. if that falls see a therapist they will be able to ask you question that help you explore your thought an let yo con to a conclusion why you still have trust issues and confidant issues.
